We have acquired fuel tank access panels from a British Airways Airbus A318 (G-EUNA, one of two they ever operated) and turned them into clocks. You can order different versions, which you can all hang easily in your favourite room. They are battery-operated and all come with second hand (which you can leave out if you prefer).
